Last week Meritum Sheely Farms celebrated its grand opening with a lively event attended by IDM Corporate, Construction, and Residential teams, along with members of the Arizona Multihousing Association and the Greater Phoenix Chamber. The event featured an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, taco bar, and live music.
The community, which includes 678 thoughtfully designed units, began preleasing in April of last year. With nearly 50% of the units already leased, the response has been overwhelmingly positive from residents, who have praised both the property and the service provided by the team.
