That’s a wrap on IDM’s Season of Giving - though giving back is something we’re proud to do all year long. 💛🎁
From November 17th through December 5th, our teams across the PNW and SW partnered with incredible community organizations to spread some cheer and deliver real impact this holiday season. Together, we:
💝 Participated in 12+ volunteer events
💝 Engaged 141 volunteers
💝 Contributed 277 hours of service
💝 Packed 120,000 meals for Feed My Starving Children
💝 Assembled 400 food boxes for the Clark College Penguin Pantry
💝 Packed and provided food boxes for 151 households at Phoenix Rescue Mission
💝 Repacked 12,400 lbs of food, providing 10,300+ meals through Clark County Food Bank
💝 Made 10 dozen treats for Ronald McDonald House families
💝 Built 18 Heavy Helpers for Children’s Center
💝 Removed 5 large trees and relocated 50% of the soil at St. Vincent de Paul’s Urban Farm

Every year, this season reminds us that small acts can create meaningful change, especially when we show up together.

If you’re a current or former apartment resident, you know just how important maintenance crews are in keeping our communities running smoothly. They truly are the secret superheroes that don’t ask for much credit, but deserve ALL of it. Which is why the past few weeks have been dedicated solely to celebrating them.
Our teams and residents did the absolute most to shower our beloved maintenance crews with notes of gratitude, catered lunches, gift baskets, treats, and fun events.
Our company Teams chats were overflowing with love and support from teammates and residents alike, in the form of positive reviews, selfies, handwritten notes, and value cards. We are so proud to have the best of the best here at IDM. Thank you, maintenance, for all you do! 💚
