Wednesday was Onsite Teams Day, but one day isn’t enough to recognize the incredible efforts our people put in at all times.��Our regional managers stopped by with custom cookies and goodies, creating a moment to come together and celebrate the people who make it all happen. In a competitive industry, it’s our teams that truly set us apart. Today we gained a few new "interns" for Bring Your Child to Work Day!
Our trainees got to work alongside their adult and see how we do things the IDM Way. They were treated to pizza for lunch, competed in a scavenger hunt, and were gifted their own badge! There was a lot of laughter and a little extra joy in the office today. 💙

IDM Cares volunteers were back at @childrenscenter_clarkcounty yesterday stuffing heavy helpers. This is one of our favorite ways to give back and we are always so grateful for the opportunity to support 💕

What an incredible week for IDM Cares! 🤍
Across both our SW and PNW teams, we spent time in the community supporting organizations doing meaningful, everyday work.
In Phoenix, volunteers prepared brunch at Ronald McDonald House, supporting families with critically ill or injured children receiving care nearby.
In Vancouver, our team volunteered at ReTails Thrift Store, operated by the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, helping sort donations and organize the sales floor. Proceeds from the store directly support programs for both people and pets in the community.
We’re grateful to our community partners for welcoming us in and allowing us to support the incredible work they do every day.
This March, IDM is participating in a company-wide 30-Day Hydration challenge! Team members are encouraged to drink at least 64 ounces of water per day and track their progress each week. The winner receives a Smart Water Bottle!
