IDM Companies Breaks Ground on First Meritum Multifamily Apartment Community in Vancouver
Vancouver, Washington – IDM Companies (“Invest Develop Manage”) is pleased to announce construction has commenced on a 300-unit multifamily apartment community in Vancouver, Washington. The project is the first of IDM’s new collection of designer-inspired, garden-style apartments called Meritum Apartments, which will boast top-notch amenities, high-end finishes, and connect residents with one another for a place they will love to call home.
The new project, known as Meritum Evergreen, is located on the northeast corner of 136th Avenue and 18th Street. The new community will feature popular amenities including a state-of-the-art clubhouse, 24-hour access fitness center, dog park, covered BBQ stations, and a swimming pool.
The project design and construction team includes BMA Architecture as the architect, IDM Builds as the general contractor, and DOWL as the civil engineer. IDM utilizes in-house management to provide asset management and property management services.
