IDM marks a major milestone with its first industrial development project in Phoenix, AZ
Last week IDM proudly celebrated the grand opening of Envision Dobbins, marking a major milestone as the company’s first industrial development project in Phoenix.
The celebration brought together project partners, city leaders, and tenant United Foods International (UFI) to recognize the collaboration behind the development. Representatives from UFI, the City of Phoenix, Willmeng Construction, and IDM all participated in the event, highlighting the strong partnerships that helped bring the project to life.
The 125,989 square-foot facility will serve as UFI’s primary production hub for America, supporting the company’s long-term operational growth and continued investment in the Phoenix market. The project is expected to contribute to ongoing economic development and job creation within the region.
