IDM Celebrates the Completion of Construction at Meritum Evergreen
IDM’s newest apartment brand, Meritum, has officially delivered its first project in Vancouver, WA.
IDM is proud to announce the completion of its first Meritum branded apartment community which broke ground in 2022. The 300-unit multifamily apartment community in Vancouver, Washington is the first of IDM’s newest collection of modern, garden-style apartments which boast top-notch amenities and high-end finishes, bringing apartment living a step above. This stylish new community features popular amenities such as a state-of-the-art clubhouse, 24-hour access fitness center, dog park, covered BBQ pavilion, and a swimming pool.
