Acero Queen Creek Celebrates their Beautiful New Community and Kicks-Off Summer with a Party!
After breaking ground in 2021, we finally got to celebrate the completion of one of IDM’s largest projects in the Southwest, Acero Queen Creek. This brand new 476-unit multifamily apartment community is located on the northwest corner of Ellsworth Loop Road and Rittenhouse Road in Queen Creek, Arizona. The new Acero brand community features upscale, modern amenities including two resort style pools, state-of-the-art clubhouse, indoor-outdoor fitness center, dog parks, fire pits, and more.
Last Friday, April 28th, Acero Queen Creek celebrated the grand opening of their community! The festivities included an official ribbon cutting ceremony with the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, live music, food, drinks, and lots of fun! The team at Acero Queen Creek was joined by residents, members of the Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Multihousing Association, IDM Builds, and several members of the SW IDM Corporate Team.
The project design and construction team included BMA Architecture as the architect, IDM Builds as the general contractor, and Hilgart Wilson as the civil engineer. IDM utilizes in-house management to provide asset management and property management services. IDM extends their appreciation to Brian Stillman of Insight Land & Investments for sourcing the land site for the project.
