Today the team at Acero on Roosevelt will welcome home their first set of residents to Goodyear community.
IDM is excited to announce that Acero on Roosevelt will officially welcome home its first residents who will begin moving in today. The first couple buildings, clubhouse, fitness center, and model unit were completed this week, marking a big project milestone. In the coming months the team will complete the resort style pool, 9-hole putting green, and welcome more residents home to Acero.
Acero on Roosevelt is located on the Northeast corner of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Street, close to attractions like Goodyear Recreation Campus, Estrella Falls Marketplace, and Goodyear Ballpark. Residents will enjoy easy access to popular eateries, such as Saddle Mountain Brewing Company and Arizona Pizza Company.
