IDM Residential is pleased to announce the completion of the lease-up phase at Acero Harvest Station. The 204-unit project in Queen Creek, Arizona joined IDM’s list of stabilized apartment communities last week. Queen Creek’s newest upscale community features a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort style pool, community garden, and more. Another vibrant community has been brought to life through the partnership of our owners, construction, maintenance, marketing, and residential teams at IDM. The residential team celebrated with a toast to a community built on a foundation of hard work and inspired leadership, a shining example of what can be accomplished when we all put our hands and hearts into a project.
