CELEBRATING OVER 30 YEARS

Our founding partners specialized in development and finance, and construction, together it was the perfect pairing to build what IDM is today; a fully integrated real estate development company that owns, builds, and manages. Thanks to Jeff Gordon and our co-founder, their vision to build a business model based on strong family values, community, and long-term ownership has set us apart from others in the industry. 

Our leader, Jeff, developed and led several industrial and commercial projects. When he met our co-founder in 1993, a Vancouver-native home builder, they put their unique skills and expertise together to begin the distinguished residential division that IDM is known for today.  

Now, we’ve cultivated a new generation of leaders, growing in our product offerings and people, but always staying true to our core values. From the boardroom to the building site, our service-oriented staff provides unmatched performance in everything we do.
